When you upgrade a factory workspace to a paid plan it includes all features on our platform. The core tools in a paid plan include real-time product quality visibility and order financing during production. 

Pricing is simple, it's an annual fee per factory. Each factory is its own workspace that includes all features and unlimited users. You can choose which factories to sync into Airbatch and which ones to upgrade to a paid plan.

We connect to accounting platforms Quickbooks, Netsuite, Xero as well as Slack for communication.

You can cancel a paid plan for a factory workspace by going to billing in the workspace menu.

We offer annual and monthly billing options with annual factory workspace contracts . 

We use Stripe to process your payment. It’s the same payment provider used by products such as Doordash, Uber and Airbnb. We do not handle your payment information directly.

Each factory workspace is billed separately. Go to the newly added factory workspace and upgrade to a paid plan.

We don’t refund after 30 days of upgrading to a plan. If you believe you've made a mistake signing up for a paid plan within the first 30 days, and have not submitted any tests or received any advances, we’ll be happy to refund you the full amount.

You can change your payment method at any time in billing in the workspace menu.

Your account email will be notified after each failed payment. Payments may be retried up to 3 times within 30 days. After 30 days your paid plan and coverage will be canceled.

You can use the same email address to join multiple factory workspaces.
