How do I onboard?

Connect your accounting platform and all your factories, purchase orders, products and vendor credits sync automatically in seconds. After this sync you can create product inspections for products automatically with our algorithm.

Can I start a free trial?

All plans are free until you choose to upgrade a factory workspace.

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing is calculated per factory with which you choose to do quality control. If you are under the Pro plan we charge an additional inspection fee per purchase order.

What are the billing options?

Plans are billed monthly or annually at checkout. Annual plans include a 20% discount.

How is payment processed?

Stripe processes all Airbatch payments, we don’t handle your payment information directly. Stripe is a leading payment provider for brands like Doordash, Uber and AirBnB.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds can be processed up to 30 days after upgrading a factory workspace.
